About Oneida Housing Authority (OHA)

Public Housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, elderly, and persons with disabilities. HUD administers federal aid to the Oneida Housing Authority (OHA) to provide decent housing for low-income residents at a rent they can afford. Our public housing program consists of (100) units at our Towers I development and (40) units at our family development H.D. Brewer Apartments.
